The paint used in the designs has a gloss finish; however, it may appear more satin or matt depending on the glaze. We recommend ordering a sample for inspection.

Colours and finishes shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual product. We always advise ordering a sample for a true likeness, especially if colour/style matching is important to your project. Variations between individual tiles, hand painting techniques, and the firing process will result in slight differences. This uniqueness is part of their charm!

Our selection of base tiles are made, decorated, and fired here in Lisbon, Portugal.

All orders are handmade to order and typically take around 3 weeks to complete. Sample orders are dispatched within 7–14 working days. If you require a specific turnaround time, please contact us so we can work with you to meet your deadline.

As a guide, a box of 30 tiles (13 × 13 × 0.9 cm) weighs approximately 10 kg. The following table consists of approximate prices per weight but, please note, that the specific weight and price is dependent on your location. The delivery cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

For orders over 1000 kg, or multiple pallets, please contact us for a custom quote.

Orders over 100 kg will often need to be palletised and are kerbside delivery only.

You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, unload, and move the tiles into the property.

If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery charge may apply.
Please contact us in advance for all large orders.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
Once orders are passed to the courier or pallet network, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Collection

Orders can also be collected from our Lisbon warehouse by prior arrangement.

Please bring a suitable vehicle; loading and transport are at your own risk.

International and Non-EU Delivery

We are happy to fulfil orders outside the EU, but please contact us for a shipping quotation before ordering. International shipments will be subject to customs and border checks and import duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Receipt of Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 72 hours. We cannot accept claims for:

• Deliveries that were signed for but not examined
• Damage occurring after the goods have been passed to external delivery companies

Return of Faulty Goods

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, quoting your order number. Although all tiles are checked before dispatch, occasional defects may occur. We will replace any faulty goods, but we are not liable for any additional costs or charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect tiles before installation. No claims will be accepted once tiles have been fixed.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note: All tiles are hand-painted to order. We strongly recommend keeping a few spare tiles for future repairs, as we cannot guarantee an exact match between different batches. 

All hand-decorated tiles are made to order and non-returnable. Samples are also non-returnable. Installed tiles are non-returnable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
